The machine was printing ok. Something messed up the print
share machine (\\192.168.0.190) had to
reinstall the drivers for printer.
When I Open the network share \\192.168.0.190 to the shared printer
Double click to the shared printer the following appears
The after click after clicking install driver
Then the following error appears
Solution
Enter the following into the run box,by combining
Windows key + R .then enter
Windows key + R .then enter
rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr
Added print share machine and an
account with rights to access the print share machine
I repeated the process
to add the printer that is shared on \\192.168.0.190 and voila . A working print
share.

did you follow all the steps? is your machine on a coperate lan or on a workgroup with other computers or a single pc with a printer connected directly. if i knew maybe i can help. My resolution assumes an error with shared printer due to the computer forgeting the network password or the appropriate user name / password combination to access the shared printer. And after testing it works and on removing the passwords the error persists.
the tricky part is getting the window to view network passwords. but when you get it you can change the passwords or create anew . tell me you progress
